§ 94.01 DEFINITIONS.
   The words CEMETERY or VILLAGE CEMETERY shall mean the cemetery owned and managed by the village, located on West 1st Street and including any new land added thereto at any time in the future.

§ 94.02 APPLICATION OF VILLAGE LAWS.
   All provisions of the village code now in force or hereafter enacted, relating to and defining public offenses in the village, shall, insofar as the same shall be applicable, be in full force and effect in the village cemetery.
