§ 133.01 COMBUSTIBLE REFUSE.
   It shall be unlawful to permit or store any combustible refuse in a manner as to create a fire hazard, or to store or throw any refuse of any kind on any street, alley or other public place in the city.

§ 133.02 REFRIGERATORS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to abandon or discard, in any place accessible to children, any refrigerator, icebox or chest or box of any kind with a capacity of one and one-half cubic feet or more which has an attached lid or door which may be fastened shut by means of an attached latch; and it shall be unlawful for the owner, lessee or manager of any place to knowingly permit the abandoned or discarded refrigerator, icebox or ice chest to remain in that condition.

§ 133.03 SMOKE HOUSES PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful to build, erect, maintain or use in any manner any smoke house within the city so that the health, comfort or convenience of any person residing or doing business in the neighborhood thereof may be in any manner affected thereby, and any person so building erecting, maintaining or using a smokehouse in a manner shall be considered to be guilty of maintaining a nuisance.
