It shall be unlawful to build, erect, maintain or use in any manner any smoke house within the city so that the health, comfort or convenience of any person residing or doing business in the neighborhood thereof may be in any manner affected thereby, and any person so building erecting, maintaining or using a smokehouse in a manner shall be considered to be guilty of maintaining a nuisance.
