§ 90.122 MOVEMENT OR TRANSPORT.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to cause, permit, accompany or be responsible for the presence of any dangerous dog on the streets or public places of the county or allow the dog to run on the premises of another at any time, unless such dog shall be securely muzzled, leashed and adequately supervised to effectively prevent it from biting any person or other animal.

§ 90.123 INSPECTION.
   Any Animal Control Officer or law enforcement officer shall have the authority to enter onto private or public property for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the provisions of § 90.117(B).

§ 90.124 IMPOUNDING.
   The Animal Control Officer or law enforcement officer shall immediately impound a dangerous dog upon the determination that one of the following circumstances exists:
   (A)   The dog is not validly and currently registered as required by § 90.120;
   (B)   The dog is not maintained in a proper enclosure; and
   (C)   The dog is outside a proper enclosure but not under the restraints required by §§ 90.117 and 90.122 whether or not such dog is then in the custody or possession of its owner.

§ 90.125 RECLAMATION.
   Any dangerous dog which has been impounded under §§ 90.124 or 90.173 of this chapter shall be returned to its owner upon the owner’s compliance with the provisions of this chapter and upon the payment of actual boarding expenses, any veterinary expenses plus a reasonable confiscation fee, which shall be $50 upon the first confiscation of any dog, $100 upon the second and $200 upon the third or subsequent confiscation. If the owner has not complied with the provisions of this chapter and paid such confiscation costs within 14 days of the date of confiscation, the dog shall be destroyed in an expeditious and humane manner.

DOGS, CATS, FERRETS: SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
§ 90.140 REQUIRED VACCINATIONS.
   Dogs, cats and ferrets three months of age and older must be vaccinated by a licensed, accredited veterinarian against rabies according to 345 I.A.C. 1-5-2.
