§ 90.120 REGISTRATION.
   No dangerous dog shall be permitted to remain within the county unless it is registered in accordance with this section:
   (A)   In addition to the annual county license fees provided by § 90.157, the owner of a dangerous dog shall pay a fee of $50 per year and shall register his or her dog with the Humane Society of Putnam County as a dangerous dog according to the classification and determination previously made under this subchapter. No dangerous dog shall be registered unless the owner can provide sufficient evidence that all of the provisions of § 90.116 have been and are being met;
   (B)   Registration of said dangerous dog will be posted on the Humane Society of Putnam County’s website as a public record;
   (C)   The registration provided by this section shall be nontransferable; and
   (D)   (1)   The registration shall be renewed annually or upon the earlier transfer of ownership; or
      (2)   Possession of the dog or a change in the location of the dog’s primary habitat.
