§ 90.124 IMPOUNDING.

   The Animal Control Officer or law enforcement officer shall immediately impound a dangerous dog upon the determination that one of the following circumstances exists:

   (A)   The dog is not validly and currently registered as required by § 90.120;

   (B)   The dog is not maintained in a proper enclosure; and

   (C)   The dog is outside a proper enclosure but not under the restraints required by §§ 90.117 and 90.122 whether or not such dog is then in the custody or possession of its owner.
