1270.06  YARD REQUIREMENTS.
   (a)   Front Yard.  There shall be a front yard of not less than thirty-five feet in depth, except as provided in Sections 1292.01 and 1292.06.
   (b)   Side Yard.  There shall be a side yard of not less than ten feet.
   (c)   Rear Yard.  There shall be a rear yard of not less than twenty-five feet.
