Sec 2-197 Designation And Duties Of Record Custodians
   A.   The Official Custodian appointed in Section 2-196 of this Code is hereby authorized to designate any subordinate officers or employees to serve as Record Custodian.
   B.   The Record Custodians shall have such duties and powers as are set out in the Oklahoma Open Records Act and by resolution of the City Council.
