Sec 2-196 Appointment Of Official Custodian
The City Clerk shall be the Official Custodian for the purposes of the Oklahoma Open Records Act (51 O.S. § 24A.1 et seq.) and is charged with responsibility for compliance with that act with respect to all public records in his office and all other public records not provided for elsewhere in this article.
