103.01 CITY SEAL.

The seal of the City consists of an outer border containing at the top and bottom, respectively, the words, "City of Princeton" and "West Virginia." The inner border contains at the top and bottom, respectively, the words, "Incorporated" and "Feby. 20th 1909." The word "Seal" appears directly through the center of the seal.
