§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of Title VII (referred to herein as the “Traffic Code”) concerned with stop or yield intersections shall be deemed guilty of an offense, and shall, upon conviction, be fined a sum not exceeding $50.
   (B)   Any person who removes, mutilates, or destroys any traffic sign shall be guilty of an offense, and shall, upon conviction, be fined a sum not exceeding $100.
   (C)   Any person who violates any provision of this Traffic Code concerned with prohibited parking shall be deemed guilty of an offense, and shall, upon conviction, be fined a sum not exceeding $10.

   (D)   Any person, partnership, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of § 70.02 shall, upon conviction, be found guilty of an ordinance violation and fined not more than $1,000, and each day within which such violation occurs, shall constitute a separate offense.

   (E)   Any person who violates §§ 70.15 through 70.24 shall be subject to a fine of $25 for the first violation, $50 for the second violation, and $75 for the third violation. Any person who violates §§ 70.15 through 70.24 three times shall be ineligible to register or operate a golf cart on the public highways within the town.
