3-1-8: COMPLIANCE WITH STATE AND LOCAL REGULATIONS:
All licenses shall be issued subject to the ordinances of the city and the laws of the state. No license shall be construed as authority to do or omit to do any act in violation of law or ordinance. (1990 Code § 9-109)
