Compliance With District And Use Unit Requirements: Specific uses permitted shall comply with all other Zoning District and ordinance requirements where the property is located. In addition, all uses and aspects of the property shall comply with all requirements as required per the related use unit in the Poteau Zoning Code, except as may be modified by City Council as provided in section 11-11-5.
