12-2-7: STREET GRADES:
   A.   Minimum: The minimum grade of all streets shall be four-tenths percent (0.4%).
   B.   Maximum: Except where unusual topographic conditions justify an exception, the maximum grade of all streets shall not be greater than the following:

5 percent
Secondary
7 percent
Minor
10 percent
