11-10-11: REVERSION:
If the property owner determines to abandon the PUD concept and nullify the PUD development plan, he shall make application for rezoning either to the original status or to a new classification. The planning commission and city council shall hear said application according to their regular procedures. (Ord. 612, 8-5-2002)
