11-9-6: BUILDING BULK LIMITATIONS:
   A.   Height: The maximum building height is thirty five feet (35').
   B.   Bulk: No more than thirty percent (30%) of the area of the lot shall be occupied by a building or a structure with its accessory buildings. (1990 Code § 12-386)
