Yard requirements are as follows:
A. Front: A front yard fifty feet (50') in depth.
B. Side: A side yard on each side of the building not less than twenty five feet (25') in width.
C. Rear: A rear yard that is not less than twenty percent (20%) of the lot depth and in no event less than fifty feet (50') in depth.
D. Accessory Buildings: Accessory buildings may be located in a required side or rear yard, but no such accessory building shall be less than fifteen feet (15') from any side or rear lot line. (1990 Code § 12-385)
