11-2-1: ZONING ADMINISTRATION OFFICER:

The provisions of this title shall be administered and enforced by the mayor, or his authorized representative, who shall have the right to enter upon any premises for the purpose of making inspection of buildings or premises necessary to carry out his duties hereunder. (1990 Code § 12-390)
