Any person aggrieved, or any taxpayer affected, by any decision of the board of adjustment, who is of the opinion that a decision of the board of adjustment is illegal, may appeal to the district court of LeFlore County, Oklahoma, in the manner as provided in 3 Oklahoma Statutes, 1991, section 111.
