A. Code Adopted: That certain document, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the city clerk, being marked and designated as the International Mechanical Code, 2018 edition, is hereby adopted as the mechanical code of the city, for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the said BOCA national mechanical code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this section, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in subsection B of this section. B. Additions, Insertions And Changes: The following sections are hereby revised as follows:
Section M-101.1 (page 1, second line). Insert: "the City of Poteau, Oklahoma".
Section M-113.2 (page 4, third line). Insert: "Exhibit A", attached to city ordinance 487, on file in the office of the city clerk".
Section M-113.3 (page 4, third line). Insert: "Exhibit B", attached to city ordinance 487, on file in the office of the city clerk".
Section M-116.4 (page 5, seventh, eighth and ninth lines). Insert: "misdemeanor, $50.00 and 5 days".
Section M-117.4 (page 5, fifth and sixth lines). Insert: "$50.00 and $100.00".

C. Saving Clause: Nothing in this section or in the mechanical code hereby adopted shall be construed to affect any suit or proceeding impending in any court, or any rights acquired, or liability incurred, or any cause or causes of action acquired or existing under any act or ordinance hereby repealed; nor shall any just or legal right or remedy of any character be lost, impaired or affected by this section.
