A. Permit Required: It is unlawful for any person to install any electrical wiring, fixtures, or apparatus in or on any building or structure in the corporate limits of the city or make extensions to any existing electrical installations without first securing a permit from the city.
B. Application For Permit: Applications for electrical permits shall be made to the city; and the applicant shall provide such plans, specifications, and other data as may be reasonably required.
C. Fee: The fee for an electrical permit shall be as prescribed by motion or resolution of the city council. (1990 Code § 5-305)
