9-2-3: PLUMBING PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS:
   A.   Permit Required: No plumbing work shall be undertaken without a permit from the city.
   B.   Application: The application for such work must follow the adopted city code.
   C.   Fee Schedule: The schedule of permit fees may be set forth by resolution or motion of the city council. Such payment will be made upon application.
   D.   Inspection Of Work: Inspection of such work must conform to the guidelines set forth in the city code. (1990 Code § 5-204)
