The fire limits of the city are hereby established as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of South Front Street and Conser Avenue and running thence in an easterly direction across the St. Louis-San Francisco Railroad right-of-way and along the "Y" that connects the St. Louis-San Francisco Railroad and the Kansas City Southern Railroad to Witte Street; thence along Witte Street in a northerly direction to Grady Avenue; thence along Grady Avenue in an easterly direction to Harper Street; thence along Harper Street in a northerly direction to Rogers Avenue; thence along Rogers Avenue in an easterly direction to Walters Street; thence along Walters Street in a northerly direction to the alley running through the center of Block One Hundred Five (105); thence along and easterly through the alley through Block One Hundred Five (105) and Block One Hundred Four (104) to Saddler Street; thence along Saddler Street in a northerly direction to the alley running through the center of Block Ninety-Four (94); thence along and westerly through the alley through Block Ninety- Four (94), Block Ninety-Three (93), and Block Ninety-Two (92) to Harper Street; thence along Harper Street in a northerly direction to the alley running through the center of Block Seventy-Four (74); thence along and westerly through the alley through Block Seventy-Four (74), Block Seventy-Five (75) and Block Seventy-Six (76); thence in a northerly direction along the west boundary of Block Seventy-Six (76) and Block Sixty-One (61) to Ward Avenue; thence along Ward Avenue in an easterly direction to McKenna Street; thence along McKenna Street in a northerly direction to Stone Avenue; thence along Stone Avenue in a westerly direction to Willard Avenue; thence along Willard Avenue in a westerly direction across the St. Louis-San Francisco Railroad to Central Avenue; thence along Central Avenue in a southerly direction to Front Street; thence along Front Street in a southerly direction to Hopkins Avenue; thence along Hopkins Avenue in a westerly direction to the alley running through the center of Block Sixty (60); thence along and southerly through the alley through Block Sixty (60), Block Seventy-Seven (77) and Block Eighty-Nine (89) to Fleener Avenue; thence along Fleener Avenue in a westerly direction to Church Street; thence along Church Street in a southerly direction to Hulsey Avenue; thence along Hulsey Avenue in an easterly direction to Front Street; thence along Front Street in a southerly direction to the point of beginning.
