A. Commercial Metal Buildings: All commercial metal buildings erected in the city of Poteau, Oklahoma, that have exterior walls abutting or facing any dedicated street or highway shall have the lower forty percent (40%) of the frontage of such walls that face any dedicated street or highway to be covered with masonry or decorative metal and to install landscaping along such frontage to present a pleasing appearance, which requirements shall be in addition to current requirements of the applicable building codes.
B. All commercial buildings erected in the City, located in C-3 or C-4 Zoning and located within two hundred feet (200') of a right-of-way line of Broadway or Highway 59/271 in the City shall have the frontage of the wall(s) of such building that face Broadway or Highway 59/271 in the City to be fully covered with masonry (brick) or stucco or dryvit or stone or paneling (or a combination of the above) and to install landscaping along such frontage to present a pleasing appearance, which requirements shall be in addition to current requirements of the applicable building codes.
