8-2-1: UTILITY METERS:

A. Meters Required: Meters for the measurement of utility services furnished by the City shall be furnished and installed by, and shall remain the property of, the City. (1990 Code § 17-201)

B. Access To Meters: Free access to utility meters shall be granted the City at all reasonable times. (1990 Code § 17-202)
