8-1-5: INSPECTION PRIOR TO MAKING WATER OR SEWER TAPS:
In order to protect the utility service supply, the city will not make any water or sewer taps until the premises involved has been inspected and approved by the plumbing inspector, or other agent of the city. (1990 Code § 17-105)
