7-3-3: CONCESSIONS; PERMIT AND FEE:
No person shall sell any food or merchandise, or conduct any concession on city park grounds without permission from the city. The fee for a permit shall be fixed by the city council, and permit concessions at the place designated for such purpose by the city council. (1990 Code § 11-103)
