7-1-10: PROTECTING TREES FROM INSECTS AND WORMS:
Each owner, agent, or occupant in front of or on whose lots shade trees have been planted or are growing shall use every reasonable precaution to protect the same from insects and worms. (1990 Code § 14-113)
