A. Adoption: The provisions of the state motor vehicle code, 47 Oklahoma Statutes sections 1-101 et seq., and the rules of the road, 47 Oklahoma Statutes sections 11-101 et seq., are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference, and are enforceable by the city within the city limits as fully as if set out at length herein. B. Copies On File: At least three (3) copies of the adopted statutes shall be and remain on file in the office of the city clerk. (2004 Code)
