4-4-13: ABANDONED REFRIGERATORS, APPLIANCES:
   A.   Accessibility To Children: It is unlawful for any person to leave in a place accessible to children any abandoned or discarded ice box, refrigerator, or other container of a capacity of one and one-half (11/2) cubic feet or more which has an airtight door with a lock or other fastening device which cannot be easily released for opening from the inside of the ice box, refrigerator, or container, without first removing the door, lock or fastener.    B.   Open Storage: It is unlawful to utilize the premises of any property for the open storage of any stove or other appliance which has been abandoned, discarded or is in disrepair. (1990 Code § 8-115)
