A. It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct a garage sale in the City at any time outside of the hours of six o'clock (6:00) A.M. to seven o'clock (7:00) P.M. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
B. The goods that are offered for sale shall be displayed and arranged for sale no earlier than four o'clock (4:00) P.M. on Thursday prior to the sale. The goods that are offered for sale shall be stored and totally removed from view of the public by seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. of the Monday morning following the sale. The goods offered for sale shall only be visible to the public four o'clock (4:00) P.M. on the Thursday prior to the sale and may remain visible during the sale, but must be stored and totally removed from the view of the public by seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. of the Monday morning following the sale. No goods will be allowed in front, side or back yards, carports, porches, patios, decks, truck beds, trailers, tables or covered by tarps from seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. Monday through four o'clock (4:00) P.M. on Thursday. (Ord. 749, 5-1-2017)
