GARAGE SALES: All sales entitled "garage sales", "yard sales", "lawn sales", "attic sales", "rummage sales", "flea market sales", or any other similar casual sale of tangible personal property which is advertised by any means whereby the public at large is or can be made aware of the sale. Section 11-4-9 of this Code governs signs regarding garage sales.
GOODS: Any goods, warehouse merchandise, or other items of personal property capable of being the object of a sale.
PERSON: Individuals, households, families, partnerships, voluntary associations and corporations. (Ord. 749, 5-1-2017)
