3-8-22: PERSONS UNDER EIGHTEEN PROHIBITED; ATTENDANT REQUIRED:
   A.   It is unlawful to allow a person who is younger than eighteen (18) years of age to enter or be on the premises of a sexually oriented business at any time.
   B.   An attendant must be stationed at each public entrance to the sexually oriented business at all times during such sexually oriented businesses' regular business hours. (Ord. 684, 3-3-2008)
