A. It is unlawful for a person to appear live in a state of nudity in a sexually oriented business.
B. It is unlawful for a person to appear live in a state of seminudity unless the person is an employee who is at least ten feet (10') from any patron or customer and on a stage at least two feet (2') above the floor.
C. It is unlawful for an employee, while in a state of seminudity in a sexually oriented business, to solicit any pay or gratuity from any patron or customer, or for any patron or customer to pay or give any gratuity to any such employee.
D. It is unlawful for an employee, while in a state of seminudity in a sexually oriented business, to touch a patron or the clothing of a patron, or for a patron to touch any such employee. (Ord. 684, 3-3-2008)
