The annual fee for a sexually oriented business license, whether new or renewal, is five hundred dollars ($500.00). The annual fee for a sexually oriented business employee license, whether new or renewal, is fifty dollars ($50.00). These fees are to be used to pay for the cost of the administration and enforcement of this chapter. (Ord. 684, 3-3-2008)
