It shall be unlawful and a criminal offense for any person who is an owner or occupant, after the city has given notice under § 94.05, to permit or allow any of the unlawful property conditions prohibited by § 94.03 to exist on a premises, or to interfere with the right of the city to enter any premises for the purpose of inspecting, investigating or abating a nuisance, or otherwise enforcing this chapter as granted in § 94.07 hereof.
