§ 94.07 AUTHORITY TO ENTER PREMISES.
   The City Health Officer, an agent appointed by the city or an employee of the city charged with the enforcement of health, environmental, safety or fire laws may enter any premises in the city at a reasonable time to inspect, investigate or abate a condition prohibited by § 94.03 of this chapter.
