(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Garbage collection service. A person who commits a criminal offense under §§ 50.01 through 50.20 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine in an amount not to exceed $2,000 per offense.
(C) A violation of §§ 50.50 and 50.51 shall be a Class C misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.
