(A) In addition to the criminal enforcement and other remedial provisions provided herein and by state law, the City Attorney or his or her designee may enforce the provisions of this subchapter through any and all civil remedies available.
(B) In that event, persons against whom enforcement is sought and against whom a civil remedy is granted, shall also be liable for damages, court costs, attorney's fees and all costs and expenses reasonably related to the civil enforcement action.
