(A) The Public Works Department, in conjunction with the Finance Department, shall establish and publish periods for the collection of brush and bulky items.
(B) No person may place brush or bulky items for collection outside of the published collection period.
(C) No person may place items for collection under this program that do not meet the definition of brush or bulky items.
(D) A person who has contracted with a private hauler to remove brush or bulky items is exempted from this section, provided the items are removed within 24 hours of placement.
