No person shall park or operate a vehicle upon a private driveway or upon private property within the city of Porterville without the actual or implied consent of the owner or person in lawful possession of such driveway or said person's agents or employees; nor shall a person continue to park or operate a vehicle upon such driveway or property, once said consent has been withdrawn.
