17-11.10: ON STREET PARKING:

The city traffic engineer shall designate special "blue curb" parking spaces for the purpose of providing on street parking for exclusive use by physically disabled persons in accordance with section 22511.7 of the California Vehicle Code. (Ord. 1162 § 1, 12-5-1978; Ord. 1513 § B, 6-6-1995)
