17-11.8: PARKING TRUCK TRAILERS PROHIBITED ON CITY STREETS:

The operator of any vehicle exceeding a maximum gross weight limit of four (4) tons shall not disconnect the trailer or trailers from said vehicle and park the trailer or trailers on a city street, unless parked under a permit issued by the chief of police.
