A. Those streets and parts of streets established by resolution of the council are hereby declared to be through streets for the purposes of this article.
B. The provisions of this article shall also apply at one or more entrances to the intersections as such entrances and intersections are established by resolution of the council.
C. The provisions of this article shall apply at those highway railway grade crossings as established by resolution of the council. (Ord. 1537 § B54, 8-6-1996)
