Any customer whose yard waste container is contaminated with items other than “yard waste” as defined in section 13-2 of this chapter may be assessed an additional charge, the amount of which is set by resolution by the city council. (Ord. 1494A, 7-20-1993; Ord. 1615, 10-1-2002; Ord. 1890, 3-1-2022)
