717.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of Sections 717.02 through 717.06 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each and every day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(b) Whoever violates Sections 717.07 or 717.08 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each premises or residence entered upon or into, in violation of these sections shall be considered a separate offense.
