717.08 CONSENT OF OCCUPANT.

No person shall enter upon the premises of any private residence in this City for any of the purposes enumerated in Section 717.07 without the previously given consent of the occupant of the premises, and any such person when upon the premises of any private residence within the City shall immediately leave upon the request or demand of the occupant thereof.
