(A) Monthly rates.
(1) Base monthly rate. The base monthly rate for consumers of water supplied by the city shall be as follows.

(2) Monthly usage rate. In addition to the base monthly rate for water provided in division (A)(1) above, monthly water usage rates shall be as follows.

(B) Tap fee. The fee for tapping the water mains shall be as follows.

(C) Water deposit. The basic water deposit shall be $100.
(D) Reconnection charge. The water reconnection fee is $100.
