GENERAL PROVISIONS
§ 150.01  RESOLUTION OF INTENT; PUBLIC HEARING; AUTHORITY CREATED.
   The Township Board having passed a resolution of intent and a public hearing having been held on October 9, 2001, pursuant to the provisions of Public Act 197 of 1975, as amended (“Act 197"), the Charter Township of Plymouth Downtown Development Authority (the “Authority”) is hereby established.

§ 150.02  SUPERVISION OF THE AUTHORITY.
   The Authority shall be under the supervision and control of a board (the “Authority Board”) consisting of the Supervisor of the township and eight members appointed by the Supervisor, subject to the approval of the Township Board of Trustees. The members of the Authority Board shall hold office and the Authority Board shall conduct itself in accordance with the terms and conditions of Public Act 57 of 2018, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.4101 et seq.

§ 150.03  POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE AUTHORITY.
   The Authority shall have the powers as are now or may hereafter be conferred on authorities established pursuant to Public Act 57 of 2018, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.4101 et seq.
