(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Unless otherwise provided, any person, corporation, partnership or any other legal entity who violates the provisions of §§ 150.01 through 150.07 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and may be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both, at the discretion of the court.
